Sebenza Screws

I recently bought a (used)Large 21 Sebenza. I have found that I have to re-tighten 2 of the screws frequently. I have not had to tighten the pivot screw or the clip screw. The other 2 have come loose several times in less than a month. I wonder if oil got on these screws or something.

Anyone have similar experience? Recommendation?

edit: I also find that the allen screw heads are slightly oversized for the 5/64 wrench. Its seems like there is too much play.

Thanks,

Mike

This thread (which is just a couple south of this one) has a lot of info on what to do and what not to do about the screws:

http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=598135

All of the screws used are the same size/shape. The only difference is that each placement has a different "socket."

Example: The blue anodized back spacer is held by the exact same screw as the pivot and blade stop, it's just a hollow piece that looks like a donut when taken apart. The male and female part of the screw fit through the blue anodized part (the same as the pivot and stop pin). If you try to do too much tightening, you'll either strip the female screw, or rub out the area by causing the pin to spin.

The only screw that is directly threaded into the handle is the clip screw.
