Is it possible to get spare screws for a Sebenza?
If the handle scales are scratched, is it possible to send them back to CR to get them reworked? If yes, how much does it cost? I tried to find it on the CR homepage, but there was only a reworking/recoating of the one piece series mentioned.

thanks,

Achim

Yes, I have a set of spare screws on the way as I type.
And yes, you can get the handles re-bead-blasted. I believe that CRK charges $25 to do this, which also includes a sharpening and overall inspection/tune-up. But if your Sebenza is a user, don't bother with the bead-blast. The titanium scratches too easily to worry about it.

CRK is very helpful for replacement parts of any type. Give 'em a call or shoot an email. Bridget is a pleasure to work with, and the service you get from these guys is second to none!

Ti is a rather easy material to mark. The bolsters on my LCC were marked in seconds of use.

Can they supply bronze bushings? Didn’t see it on there website.
I’ve always found them to be very well-informed, helpful and quick whenever I’ve talked to them with specific questions that weren’t answered on their website. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you call them.

Thank you so much

They will send out PB washers for Inkosi and Umnumzaan as they both have user adjustable pivots.

As the 21 requires precision fitting with the bushing, they will only replace them in-house.

Good information. I guess the correct answer would be yes and no, ha.

I had washers for a 25 sent out to me for $1.50 plus shipping to Australia ($6)
Pretty happy about that.
