. . . or you can just polish off the blue finish. Others here have done the same.

Polish the blue one and it will become silver, Problem solved.................

Yup, just buff or sand the blue off and your set. I either change the stud or buff off the blue off as well.

Get a dremel tool with and use the cotton buff without anything on it.. It will buff out in one second to a high luster... then do the same for the back space and you will be set.

Wow, with no buffing compound at all? I'll have to try this. I've always preferred silver lugs to the blue.

Professor.

Wow! It sounds like the anodizing comes off really easily. Does the same hold true for the handles that are decorated with color? I would hate to get one of those just to have the color start coming off.

Well, the thumb is not that abrasive, but you will notice that the color does fade a little after a week. Usually the tip and bottom where your thumbs touch will wear 1st. The dremel is spinning extrememly fast (even on slow) and the cotton buffing wheel is much more abrasive then your oily skin. They last a while, but definitely not forever.

I was curious about the computer graphics also. I would hate for a starry night to fade.... that is why I have stayed away from them.
