Will Crk install a thumb lug on left side for me if I request that. I want to be able to open knife ambidextrously. I love my double lug inkosi and want my 21 to be the same. Will Crk do that?..

The normal answer is yes as stated above, but I would check and not delay on doing it if oked. At some point they will stop doing it on the 21 do to fear they might crack the blade (of a discontinued model) in the process.

C Cowboyfromhell666 you can give them a call Monday morning since there doesn’t seem to be a very clear answer available here, and hopefully you can report back one way or the other.

The answer is that they will still do it. As of now that is. They added the waiver a while back. 971A08E2-5B4C-430A-BD5A-6855EF624413.jpeg

That waiver above doesn’t seem to address blades for a knife that’s no longer in production. To make matters more complicated, their s35vn supply has exhausted, at least for small Sebenzas, and they’ve said they won’t be making s45vn replacement blades for 21s.

In any case, calling Idaho is still your best bet to get actual confirmation. I get the value of discussion boards, but for questions like this one, I don’t. The boards would be a great place to share what you find out though. Good luck.

That waiver is directly related to knives that are discontinued. They still have blades available for the 21 but they won’t replace them at this time unless it’s a warranty issue.
I do know this from my personal experience. YMMV

1 other thing for the OP to consider -is it a large or small 21?
I have found the small to be much more difficult to open left handed-of course that may be a personal problem:)
