I understand that the first Sebenzas were hand made by Chris and marked with an "H" on the titanium slab. Then they were partially made with CNC a machine, but the blades were still hand ground by Chris. These were marked with "P serial #" Then they were made with just the "P," without a serial number. The current models have neither the "H" or "P" markings and are not serial numbered.

Did all the different generations of Sebenzas come with a birth certificate, sheath and disassembly tool like the current ones?

Thanks,
David

I was told that all Sebenzas came with birth certificates. The practice of including a birth certificate pre-dates the Sebenza, going back to when Chris Reeve Knives was in South Africa. I don't know when sheaths began being provided with the Sebenzas. I have a "P" marked Sebenza that came with the certificate and the early "CR" marked nylon pouch (1995). The allen wrench was either lost or was not provided at that time.
