Sebenza?

A quick search will give you more answers than you can read in one day, and it will be a whole lot quicker that waiting for responses to this post. The Sebenza isn't for everyone. Those who like the Sebenza are usually very passionate about it. They are built like a tank, but don't win any awards in the beauty department unless you get into the special decorated versions. Then again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I'm not overly concerned about having a beautiful knife just a good solid knife I can depend on. Actually I have read a great deal of the glowing praise Sebenza's tend to receive. I'm hoping to attract the Ex-sebenza owners and find out what they didn't like about it.

Have you seen the recent thread asking "What don't you like about your Sebenza"? From what I remember, I saw a few posts stating they got rid of theirs because it just didn't feel right in their hand. Others said they just couldn't justify the expense, when there are plenty of good quality knives for much less, others just didn't like the look, and some got rid of them because of financial reasons only. These are a few of the reasons I remember seing. If you are looking for a dependable knife that is built like a tank, and you aren't concerned with looks, then the Sebenza should be right up your alley.

Take Care,

Mike

Thank you Mike, I haven't seen that thread yey. I'm off to go looking for it right now. In retrospect I think I may just delete this thread.

It's too late to delete it now since there are posts already. Anyway, you might get some fresh answers that haven't been told yet. You never know.
