Question.....If you own one of these do you actually use it?

Reason I ask is I am happy to use "cheaper" knives for everyday tasks.

But I suspect using anything of any real worth would leave me gutted.

Any thoughts?

A large regular has been a part of my rotation for years. Yes, it gets used.

Sounds like if you do buy one you should use it. If your happy with "cheaper" knives why would you want one? They are really nice as far as quality and function. I would recommend against getting one till it will not leave you broke. If you can't afford to loose one I would save yourself till you can.

Till then there are lots of lower priced knives you will love and maybe at some point you can trade or buy a used Seb.

I have two and they do get used.
