Hi Bladeforum members.
I´m from Sweden and this is my first post although I have been reading this forum for almost a year. I have quite a few traditional Swedish knives and some of the newer ones like the Fällkniven F1 and U2.
After reading the Bladeforum I have taken a interest in the great US tradition of knifemaking. I now have a Spyderco Caly 3CF, a Benchmade 943, a Chris Reeve small Sebenza Insingo and a Rick Hinderer XM-18 3,5" flipper. All great folding knives but I must say, the Sebenza is without a doubt my favourite.
The design is really appealing to me because it´s so clean and utilitarian looking.
The Hinderer is also a very good knife but It doesn´t appeal to me like the Sebenza does. It´s to rugged and heavy duty for me. I think I will try to trade the XM-18 for a couple of Chris Reeve knives, maybe a Mnandi and/or a Sebenza.
My Sebenza are carried most of the days.
I would like to thank this forum for learning me to appreciate good US made knives.
