Sebenzas still shipping with leather slip pouches?

I just opened the box to my new micarta inlay small 21...and noticed it does not have the leather slip case that my other sebenzas shipped with. I'm curious as to wether they still ship from the factory with one? Did the seller just pull it, or did CRK stop shipping them with this? Thanks....
 
I've bought several Sebenza's recently and none of them have a leather slip case. I've seen them for sale separately but none of mine came with it.
 
I've got a plain Damascus seb from this past august and it came with a slip case. I hope they dont stop shipping these, I'm sure it can fit into their margins and its a nice bonus.
 
The seller just informed me that CRK no longer ships them with the leather sheath...still available for sale, but no longer for free :(
 
It's my understanding that only the wood inlayed Sebenzas ship with the leather pouch. The Micarta ones don't.
 
I just purchased a new wood inlay large Sebenza from my local B&M yesterday - it was born on Sept 14, 2011 and it came with a leather sheath.
 
Emailed CRK with the same question a long time ago. Plain Janes and Micarta do not have a pouch. Mnandi, wood, ivory, unique sebenzas do come with pouch.
 
Just talked to Jesse, and she said that my damascus sebenza coming next year will have a leather pouch. I do know that the plain jane sebenzas dont come with a pouch but the inlayed and higher end models still do. hope this helps

Only wood inlays - not micarta...never have (come with the pouch).

yah its because the micarta is the "work" inlay and they figure it doesnt need to be protected in a slip case. I forgot to mention that. Thanks
