I've finally scraped together enough simoleons to purchase a small Sebenza. It will be my most expensive knife purchase so far. With so many options, I now have to make the decision as to what to buy. I could go plain handles. Or micarta or wood inlays. Or with graphics.

I see plenty of photos of plain handles, micartas, wood inlays, even mammoth - but very few photos of Sebenzas with graphics. Are they not very popular?

Or maybe I'm just not looking in the right threads to see them.

Here is a Large. Starting to think Im the only one on the forum with an Elk Mountain! Lol

You don't see many photos, because they are too busy in pockets being used.

I have a Retro small. It's held up fine.

The grey turds are just that; wood/micarta is like lipstick on a pig...get a graphic. Graphics have interesting designs, color and polished blades....Don't buy no ugly knife...:)

There's one that my wife actually likes, and she's not a knife person.

Hope some others can take some time and post their graphics here. Would enjoy seeing the various options.

Andy .... here's some eye candy to get you thinking and moving down the UG/CGG path

They make CGG(computer generated graphics) and UG(unique graphics). The CGG's models have changed over time, so there are current available models and discontinued-only available on the secondary market. The UG's are unique one of a kinds. You can look at the dealers and Ebay for the current available CGG's and brows the photo sticky to see some others. Personally if I were buying my 1st small Sebenza, unless a certain UG or CGG really appealed to me, I would get the micarta inlay(fantastic little knife ).

Thanks for the explanation between CGG and UG. Thre certainly are a lot of options. Many thanks.

Don't forget the Starbenzas. I think they look pretty cool, but maybe not quite as much as a computer graphic. Also remember that the inlays add to the width of the knife, be that good or bad for your usage.

I think the UG's are too beautiful for use, just eye candy. Whether you choose the plain, inlay, CCG or UG they all have a certain uniqueness that is attractive
From left to right, a small UG I just picked up, a custom graphic, a diamond plate CCG, micarta inlay, Wilson Combat 21(Starbenza), plain 21

Thank you for all the suggestions, gentlemen. As it turns out, I opted for the micarta inlay small Sebenza for my first CRK. After seeing all the suggestions here, and chatting with the vendor by phone, the micarta just seemed like the right choice for a first Sebenza. I suspect it won't be my last CRK.

That's only your opinion of course.

To me Sebenzas with graphics are like tattoos, I've seen some cool ones but nothing I'd ever want to look at everyday.

I use my CGG. I do have some that I have not really used thought, but thats more to do with using others than not wanting to use them.
