I've ordered some D2 and RWL-34 but im got bored of waiting so i made another knife out of the "mystery stainless" plate i found at work. Like the other one I didn't send it away to get heat treated because i dont really know what it is and it doesn't seem worth it. None the less i thought i'd post some pics and ask for comments and critique. Thanks!

Blade - 107mm "mystery stainless"
Handle - Jarrah with brass fittings
Like the last one i fluked the weight ratio. It's perfectly balanced where the handle meets the blade.

Sorry for the dodgy photos!

Tim,
Keep on rockin' each one is looking better. Not that it matters on this one but a taller grind will yeild a better edge profile when you get those bars of steel.

Nice stuff for a second knife it looks great. I'm also from down under and having a try at making knives, at the moment Imp still working on my first one, a folder I started over a year ago, now with a second set of scales and near finished. Looking ford to seeing more of your work.
