Recommendation? Second one Paramilitary 2 with Diamond Arc

Hi! Dear knife lovers, need help to solve my problem. I'm a new one in the Spyderco Univers, and currently have PM2 S90V DLC+OD Green , AND PM2 Sprint Diamond Arc Forest Green. And I absolutely in love with ForestGreen Diamond Arc scale pattern. To give you idea of my background, I'm from Ukraine 🇺🇦, where knife culture is not so wide as in US, and to sell a life of such price is not easy...
So, the question is, I have a suggestion to buy another one PM2 Sprint Green forest Diamond ARC for $157.
Am I crazy or addicted?
Does anyone have two or more same knifes?

event if I've already have the exact the same model and scale? My frustration is, to save the Sprint , just in case... if something happens with the one that in rotation 🥺
 
I dont have any duplicates myself but many people on here do. I'd rather buy something else I like but thats personal preference. If you feel the need for a backup and like the knife that much then go for it. If anything you can just sell one off at a later date if you feel its not needed as a backup anymore.
 
The less the knife costs, the easier it is to keep duplicates. I have owned duplicate Opinels for years. I used to stash one on every motorcycle. I have a lot of bikes, and couldn’t afford to do that with a more expensive knife. I bought a duplicate of a $6 Rough Rider because I was carrying it a lot, i wanted a spare in case it went out of production. It’s out of production. Still a $6 knife, if you can find . I have three of another $6 knife, the Okapi Biltong, now no longer made. Since I carry one every day, the spares will come in handy.

I lost my first Benchmade, a gift from my GF. I promptly ordered a replacement. The next day, I found my knife, in a parking lot next to my bus. The replacement became a Xmas gift to my son-in-law.

I had a Mini Barrage Icarried a lot. Lost it, and did not find it again. The replacement came with a black blade, not exactly what I wanted. When I saw the knife I wanted in a shop, I bought it and put it on my shelf, just in case. After a year or so, my junkie stepson stole it and sold it to buy junk. He later fessed up and promised to make it good one day. Still waiting. He did tell me that Pawn America gave him eighty bucks for it. Go figure.
 
You could buy the 2nd ARC, then buy another pm2 in another steel you are interested in, swap the arc scales onto it and sell the 2nd ARC with the other one's scales on it here?

great idea! would like to swap DLC blade on second Arc scale! will have to buy more PM2s!)
