So i have lurked on this forum for some time and earlier i posted the first knife i made in my apprenticeship but now i have returned with my second completion. The design is 100% me (as far as i know of). The steel is 1095, handle is black linen micarta taken to a high polish. I went with nickel/silver perimeter pins. And decided almost 10 minutes before i wrapped it to get heat treated to put the false edge. Hope you guys enjoy and can't wait to hear feedback. (Forgive me, the picture is a little hard to see, hope to upgrade camera soon)

SNF, I like it! Looks to be a very nice general use knife with a good blade shape and what I would consider a good choice in handle material.

Your second knife, looks fantastic!

Thanks man! This is hopefully the one i am bringing to the BLADE show tomorrow. I get to meet some well respected people and just soak it all in. Thanks for the feedback Steve.

I wish my second knife looked as good as that! Good job mate.
Cheers Keith

Thanks keith! Hope to be posting more of my knives on a more regular basis. Having the final nail put in on my shop tuesday. I got a lot of feed back on this knife at BLADE saturday when i visited the ABS tables with my mentor.
