I'm beginning to really like marbled G10. It's synthetic, indestructible ... yet organic in appearance.
Someone who bought this kitchen knife from me now wants a complete set. I used the black/grey/charcoal G10:
I got it from Alpha Knife Supply (love the place), but that color combo seems to be rare. They don't have any more thick enough.
Does anyone know of another source I can use for backup?
