Secondary lockbar cutouts ?

seb grooves 004.jpgI thought there was a scratch on my new small sebenza utill I looked closer. It's kinda hard to see in the pictures, the one with out the flash you can kinda see it better. It's right under the clip, two small cutouts in the ti opposite the large cutouts. Never noticed it in any of the pictures I've seen. It's not on my large seb or zaan. Just though I'd throw it out there. Anyone else have these little cutouts on there small?

It's there because of satin-finished ones. On those, the bar is still bead blasted, and those mark the transition between finishes
