secret voice recorder apps

Hi everybody. I would like to know what you think is the best voice recording apps for Androids. I would like to be able to record voices and send them away from my phone where they are safe.
Being a technotard I don't really know where to go for this stuff.

Groups like the EFF (electronic frontier foundation) and similar will have a list of ones that work well, as well as citizen watch type groups.
I won't ask why. Check your local laws. Make sure the maker is well known and reputable, as you are essentially giving them a way to record you as well.

In Florida it is illegal (a felony!) to record someone without their consent be careful where you do this as one previous poster suggested .
