Secure knife storage

I was wanting to create a way to store my knifes in a secure way. I was thinking of getting a drawer safe, but then I realized that I would need shelves to keep the knives from falling over. I was wanting not to have to end up locking a tackle box, but will go there if needed. Any suggestions on what I could do?

The Logical One is correct. Do a search bro. Pelican cases are the way to go.

For something secure you either need some kind of container that fastens to your furniture or house so someone can't carry it out, or you need a container that you can effectively hide. A pelican case that is locked might keep someone from tinkering with your knives, but a thief will just carry the whole case out and be thankful that you provided him with a convenient container to use.

If you are worried about security I would recommend a small gun safe bolted to a wall in your closet, or at least bolted to the frame of your bed or something like that.
