...Seems weird at times when I look down to see who's in the forum currently... all I see is GOLD members...LOL...
 
...It's been a long time since CJ's popped in and Jeff pops in so seldom it's almost like he's not around at all. I do know Jeff's still workin' hard at Buck but seems to defer a lot of stuff to Joe...
 
Since this seems to be the weekly Sunday Lonely Hearts Club thread, lemme ask:

(1) I want to do a blade upgrade - who do I call or preferably email??? And how much???

(2) I want to send in that 119 to be sharpened/refreshed - who same??? And how much all same...
 
I dont know for sure but I email Joe with all my troubles :D
Poor guy... I bet he needed this vacation :)
 
wh4f yes gold is good:thumbup: but platinum is better:D
trax i think joe is the go to guy and i think i seen a post a blade upgrade on a 110 was $35
 
...Blade upgrades are still $35 and as for resharpening/refreshing a blade...the last I heard it was like $6 or $7...Joe would be the guy I'd talk to but as we know he's gone on "business" fer a while so why not send an email to CJ???...He's one of our moderators too...Just a thought...

Yeah...I recall reading some posts about guys waiting 30 - 40 minutes on hold...I'd be long distance; I don't think waiting would be an option... :grumpy:
 
yes land line can be a bit fusterting but it also gets results!!!
i have had once that i got lost in a transfer and that is it!
on the main number jest dile- 0
a live person will come on and you ask for the rework/ custom shop or company store as needed andd bingo! you are there!
jest as if you clicked your heels 3 times and said "i wish i could talk to a Buck person " !
and btw dont be suprised if it is a Buck that answers your call!
if they dont know they will find out!
