Those are all Busse knives. Busse is widely considered to be one of the best producers of fixed blades currently operating. I would imagine they are quite valuable as well. I am no Busse expert, hopefully one will chime in.

The Ergo handled knife is a Natural Outlaw. Note the lanyard hole in the butt, the BAe does not have one.
