I am about to buy my first SAK, and have zeroed in on the cyber 41.
Cumbersome to use? Holding up OK?
Pro or con.
Have you found the pliers too small? Up to what applications do they do ok?
Thanks!

Just a few comments.

I've got the 41, and use it a lot. It's about the same heft as a SwissChamp: the bitkit fits in the space of the magnifier and philips head.

I've found the metal saw to be useful in cutting through bolt heads, and the wood saw to take out a three inch tree limb. The bits are just the right size for electronics, but the largest philips head is a bit too small for real high-torque situations. Interesting comment on the empty holder; it's just the size to fit the bolt heads on a Kershaw ET. The pliers are useful when you can't get a good finger grip on small fasteners, Not a lot of leverage, but I've not been too gentle with them.

By default, the 41 has turned into my beater SAK.

I do agree it's bulky (it's pouched), and I carry a 34 when bulk is an issue.

I'm a big fan of my CyberTool Lite, which is a CyberTool 34 with an LED light and magnifier. The light isn't bad, about like an old-skool Photon I or II, but the advantage is that it's attached to the light, and pointing in the same direction as the bit wrench and main blade, which comes in very handy when you're working in tight quarters with only one hand. The magnifier is handy, too, if your eyes aren't quite as sharp as they used to be...

The one thing that I find "annoying" if you will is the weakness of the bits.I feel that the metals used to make these bits could have been of a stronger quality.

I love the Cybertool 41. It has gotten me out of (and into) many jams. I find the bits work very well and they can with a lot of abuse. Of course there are some situations you simply need an actual screwdriver.

I never really found it to be cumbersome to use. I felt all the implements were readily usable and easy to use. Moreover, the tool is very durable. The only thing that is showing any damage are the scales. They have some nicks and scratches, but the implements are in pristine condition.

The only real disadvantages I can find with it are the weight and the pliers. The weight never bothered me (I carried it in my front pocket), but I could certainly see how it might annoy others. The pliers are some what disappointing to me since they basically function as large tweezers. If you needed to grab a computer part (e.g. a mother board, bread board, etc) then they could be used but if you needed to grab a nut or bolt grab your leatherman/spirit/regular set of pliers. You simply cannot put a lot of stress on the pliers. I've stopped carrying my cybertool 41, but I still think it is a great tool. It functions in an amazing capacity in a lot of situations.
