Seeking advice, repurposing knives/steel

Hello all
Recently my wife cleaned out the knfe drawer and I got the spoils. I want to remake/repurpose these knives into handier tools. Most of these are fairly old, so I ASSUME good carbon content(I know dangerous to ASS u ME). I am seeking inspiriation/ideas. BTW complete newbie here, so this process will mostly involve stock removal, as opposed to any type blacksmithing/forging, so please keep that in mind. Thanks much!!

We need well lit pictures including any mfg markings to know what size and what you are working with in general.
