Seeking help from Bladesmiths that make fillet knifes and/or other thin knives.

Hey everyone. I am trying to find a bladesmith that is skilled at making thinner and flexible knife blades. I am trying to locate a bladesmith that might be able to replicate a blade on a discontinued kitchen knife that is extremely hard to find. I am not needing the handle of the knife. I just need the blade and the tang. This is for a personal project but I cannot find any more of the original knives so I am trying to find someone that might be able to replicate the blade instead. Maybe he wants to make real Fredddy Kreuger gloves. I do remember a project like that on here a few years ago.
