Seeking Info on Utensils with Tree Branch Handles – Number Stamped & Maker's Mark on Both

Hi everyone,

I found this handmade pair of brass or copper kitchen utensils, a flipper and a strainer, each with a natural tree branch wood handle. Both are stamped with numbers and what looks like a maker’s mark near the rivets. The brand stamp is more clearly visible on one, but it appears on both.

Photos attached below, including close-ups of the stamp and number markings.

Any ideas on the brand stamp, maker, age, or region of origin?

Thanks in advance for any insight.

My guess is handmade oriental utensils, based on divots in rivet peening & highly irregular hole pattern in the skimmer bowl. The wok spatula & skimmer shapes are still used to the present day.

I have no guess on on the brand, maker, age, or region.
