seeking info regarding a knife

Can anyone give me any information regarding a knife I have in my personal collection? Here is a link to a picture of it. What does G.C. Co stand for? Are they still in business? What can you tell me about them? Any information would be much appreciated.

Yeah, it's not the best picture. And thanks for the welcome.
A little additional info might help. Stamped on one side of the blade is 'Solingen' and '445', with 'Original Bowie Knife' and 'G.C. Co. Germany' on the other side. The knife comes from my personal collection. It has a stag handle and a 6-1/2" blade. I bought this knife from an old cowboy in Ekalaka, Montana about 15 years ago.

You're not "rounder-60" by any chance? The stag pattern looks a little different on the two.

The one on Ebay is going a bit cheaper than the one you're selling

The price on my site includes the custom sheath. But I'm not seeking a value on the knife, just info regarding the manufacturer.
