[Pinoy Knife]

Hey Guy's here is a new thing for me a "Pair" blade is Forged 5160 on the big one with a 12 inch blade , Balance is just in front of the bolster , Utility knife is from High speed Steel, Blade is 5 inch, Handles on both are Cocobolo , a Satin finish is on that i may change , i still have a little work to do but would like to hear Thought's / opinion's here Thank's

I like them. I could see where some might say that they are "plain looking", but that is how I like something that I would use. The large one looks like it would be a great chopper. What is the thickness of the blades? It sounds like you did a good job on balance. For anything much bigger then that I personally like a little weight towards the tip but at 12 inches I would imagine that it would handle very quickly. If that makes any sense at all. I think that the handle on the smaller knife came out very well with the lighter looking stain (might just be the picture).

The big chopper looks like it would not slip out of your hand with good guard and rear hook on the hand grip.

I have seen a similar looking bayonet from ww2 if it works for the diggers in the jungle it would work anywhere.
