Seeking stiletto kit of good quality

Hi, I am new here and looking to build stiletto of good quality. I have recently built an 8” mini crossbow from scratch with mini lath, grinder, files etc. and now looking for a genuine kit requiring moderate skill, not a dissembled knife kit.

I have little to no knowledge of knives but like the stiletto as it incorporates moving parts similar to my other projects and prefer a traditional look with black/ebony handle. Can anyone recommend a good quality supplier of materials, design/drawings or kit.

I live in Thailand where such items are not prohibited.
