I don't know how many pins I've made and cleaned individually. Yesterday I made something like 40 pins, patiently sanding the oxidation off each one. Dumb. Next time I'll clean the pin stock before I cut the freakin pins!

The upside to this is that it'd be a good weekend for safe cracking. My findertips are super sensitive now and I have no fingerprints! :D
 
I feel your pain! Now I just chuck the pin stock up in my hand drill and spin it with some sand paper around it. I generaly do this right befor/while glueing up the handle.
 
Dave, you should have just gone fishing or shooting that day, instead of cutting those pins. Or drank beer. The rest of us are glad we don't do things like that. Well, maybe not since............... .
