Self taught flight school?

I usually surf through the DC area Craigslist once a day...hoping for a rare knife, H.D. stuff, tools or whatever. In the "Barter" section:

A2 Flight jacket

30 Mile 2 way Radios in package

NEW Uniden Cordless phones in package

M700 Stocks

NEW Mountain Bike

Jet pack ,used once , one bashed up Flight Helmet

So I'm wondering if this guy read a book or just watched a Utube video. He had his 2 ways, a flight jacket, jet pack & a helmet....what could go wrong?
Guess he won't need that bicycle anytime soon either
