Hey guys,

My friend seemed pretty eager to offer me money for my older CQC7 (99), when I told him I was considering purchasing a new CQC7 with the Wave Feature. Would it be wise to hold on to the older model?

Thanks.:)

Those will never wear out.

If you want a new one and can't keep both, let your friend enjoy the older one.

I sold a 99 and got a 2005
both cqc7a with no wave feature

I actually didn't intend for it to happen that way, but once I sold it I decided to buy another.

BUT if you do want to get a new one chances are it may have a thicker liner on the liner lock side.

I just found out a package came in for me earlier today. My 99 CQC7 back from Emerson. Blade is razor sharp, and the rest of the knife looks new!

I just got a second CQC7A '99 BBSER. This one has no S/N. I put the first one #800 away. Odd that the new one isn't numbered.
