I've never sold a Becker, but I have sold a few other knives from time to time. When I moved from Honduras to Canada last year, I sold some knives to save on weight for the move, and found myself repurchasing one of the same knife at the end of last year.

Anyone sold a BK, then ended up buying it again? If so why did you sell it and why did you decide to repurchase the same model?

Well, seeing how I've only purchased one Becker knife for myself, and that was just recently my answer would be no. Guns? yes..books, yes. My 15? heck no and it aint happening! :)

I've given away my Beckers, and bought them after the gifting. Now I just buy people new Beckers. I am very attached to the ones I have now.

Foolishly sold/traded (forget which, actually) a BK2 years ago; what was I thinking?

Needless to say, ordered a replacement.:D

I sold Bladite a Machax Warrior that he's due to sell me back in a couple of weeks.

After I got a BK11 for Christmas, I've thought about selling my BK7 and using the money to get a 9. Then I would have a small fixed blade and a chopper. They seem like a good pair. Haven't done it yet though and kind of wish I hadn't used it to cut a couple of things in the apartment though so it would still technically be nib.

I would like to eventually buy another Opinel like the one I bought for a BladeForums Giveaway. That was a sweet little knife.

Never sold one of my personal BK's yet. Did trade one of my BK-2's that I had for a MOLLE Becker Patrol Pack. But it was the Back up for my Back up. Meaning it was my 3rd BK-2 and I did't really need it.

Sold a BK2 with micarta scales to a friend (cheap) 'cause I knew he liked it. Turned right around and bought myself another one (for more). Doh!!

Bk2's and bk7's.
I have bought and sold these two models at least twice each.
I wanted something different.

I sold my BK16 about a year ago along with the Sagewood Gear sheath I had for it thinking I would like other knives better in that size range. But after trying the Esee 4, Ontario Tak1, BRKT Highland Special and a few customs, I sold them all off and bought the BK16 again last week. When I bought the Sagewood Gear sheath it was only a 3 to 4 week wait time, but now it looks like 8 weeks :(.

Sold my user BK6 a couple years ago then recently bought a new one -- now I remember why I sold the old one......

Oh yeah, I had a Blackjack Brute, sold it, and bought a replacement recently.

I haven't sold any, but I did buy some that were later gifts for the family.

An 11, 14, 16 and 17.

Only ever done that with a Cold Steel Bowie Bushman (actually, I gave that to a close friend and he still enjoys it) and a Marlin 336 in .30-30.

Couple years ago I sold my '90 F250 4x4 and I plan on getting another someday.

HA!

I have bought the BK9 5 times but only own 1. Sold 2, gifted one, never received one of the first ones i bought, and currently have number 5.

I have sold and re-bought the BK4, BK14, BK13, BK2, BK11 and BK16.

I have sold and not re-bought the BK5, BK15, BK17 and BK24.... I do plan to grab another 24 eventually though.

I am an opportunist. I will quickly sell easily replaceable items in order to jump on a good quick deal. But i always end up replacing the ones i really like.

I'd love to sell my 11 right now or trade for a 14. For some reason the handle doesn't do it for me.

My 9 or 16, they will be with me a LONG time. Trying to decide what comes next, a 2 or 5 or 15 or 10...agh!

I have given away several BKs (2, 5, 15, 11, 11).

I bought/sold a BK1 Brute to a friend cause he wanted 1 and I ran across a deal on fleabay. It was listed as a "Camillus Heavy Machete", buy it now for $60, free shipping. Dang near broke my fingers typing fast.

What is this selling, of which you speak? The concept is foreign to me.
Buy! - now that one I understand
