Sellers remorse?

I know the rules state the deal isn't done until both parties are happy but that usually means the buyer is happy with the product he bought. But what about sellers remorse? The reason I ask is I've been looking for a discontinued model and if I were to find/buy one and the seller decides after that he wants it back for whatever reason what's the protocol? Would I HAVE to return it after being issued a refund or be risk forever branded as bad in the GB&U forum? Its a dumb hypothetical question that may never happen in a 1000 years but I was just curious.

Since most of us are adults I'd say tough luck. If a seller has second thoughts after the sale he/she will just have to suck it up. And, if a refund is offered or received I would just refuse it. There are no do-overs in my world.

Seriously, I can hardly imagine a seller having the nerve to bring that to TGB&U. If he did he wouldn't get any sympathy.

I didn't say it would happen but technically it COULD right? I've never heard or it or would imagine it happening but im just going off of both parties need to be happy. For instance, a guy sells you a knife at $x but doesn't know or realize its really worth $xxx and he comes knocking (within a reasonable 24-48 hr time frame) stating he's not happy and the rules state that the transaction be reversed. I got to thinking about this after seeing the "regret selling a knife really bad" thread.

Like I said its a dumb question that may never ever ever happen but I've just been chewing on for a few days and figured it would spark a conversation.
