Selling an item?

Hello, I'm new here and I have a knife I need to sell ASAP. But, the forum for selling items seems to be locked or I don't have permissions needed to post there. How do I make that happen?

Wellllll shoot! I ain't got money for that, hence the sale of my knife. Lol but thanks anyway.
