I have a lot of knives offered in the trade section and several times trade agreements were not reached but the party wanting to trade for my knives ask if they could just buy a knife if we can't reach a trade. Can I add to my trade offer" if a trade cannot be reached make an offer to buy"? I don't want to violate any rules so I am asking for clarification.
