Selling in the knifemaker forum???

I have a gold membership, but want to sell some blade steel and handle material that I won't be using. When I read the rules pertaining to selling in the knifemakers area, it said that individuals must have a "knifemaker" membership in order to sell in the knifemaker forum. Does this rule apply only to knifemakers that are selling their knives or does it apply to tools and supplies as well? If I can't sell a small amount of blade steel in the knifemakers forum without a "knifemaker" membership, where can I sell it? I am not a dealer, and this would be a one time thing.

If it's a one-time thing it would be fine to put it in the gadgets and gear section.
