You are correct, Ed. You do have to have a gold or better, and he does.
The software does not allow users to start threads in that forum if they don't have the appropriate membership.

He just has not updated his user group. The user group has to be updated manually.

Yuppers. I know that you know I can see a half dozen displays from there. Seeing as how you used to live in this neighborhood in years gone by.
