How do I even communicate with them the private contact info?

Is it ok to specifically say in the add I only sell to gold level members or higher?

Depends on the member.
This is purely a judgment call you'll have to make.

Even paid members with good feedback have gone off the deep end into scamville.
(Not trying to worry you as most folks are good people, just saying that no metric is definitive. )

I would have them leave their email either in the thread or as a profile message on your page.

You pay for private messaging so in my opinion, the onus is on them to put the info out there. It can be deleted after private contact is made.

As the seller, you may choose who you do or do not deal with. Some do that, or limit to paid members, so they can keep it simple and PM for contact.
