How would a semi circle axe do at felling trees compare to traditional felling axe both with the same grind and dimensions as each as thicknesses to blade tapper. Asking because to my knowledge a semi circle curve focus more weight forward to the blade so in theory it should have more felling power

A more rounded edge will penetrate deeper but make connecting blows more difficult.
