old file with handle laminated from red-black twisted micarta. not so good laminating in contact micarta and steel on one side (you can see it on first photo).

great knife, although the small hole does take away lot of the appeal for the karambit. I wouldn't worry about the micarta. Nothing a jewelers file can't smooth out on one side.
But enlarging the hole would ùake it more versatile imho

the grip of handle is very good, the small hole is maded small, because the idea was to use the end of handle like a impact tool.
and ceacuse this small hole i named it semi-kerambit.
