I love my Busse knives, and have one for almost any anticipated or imaginable use (except folding and putting in my pocket.:D) However, I would love to have INFI in my all-time favorite pattern, a classic semi (or simi, as some spell it) hunter/skinner.

Blade ABA length or slightly shorter. Anorexic in thickness, since it would be for slicing. Butt ground even with the micarta. Oh, yeah!

I'm using my DABA for those duties right now... it's replacing my howler (tough shoes to fill) for those special needs. I like the DABA just a little more, and it's thickness and INFI lend itself a little better to my waterfowling activities... :D

Grind the butt of your DABA? :foot:

I keep telling my boss that simi is a city in CA. He always writes simi-auto in the log books.

I always liked Bob Loveless' semi-skinner. It would be nice in INFI.

The mod looks good, but I still like the butt and the lanyard hole. It doesn't take anything away from performance, and it allows you to use a lanyard if needed. For an outdoor knife, that's a plus in my book.

It won't happen. I think the magic-spell put into INFI forces that choil. That Loveless knife gut no choil!

The closest thus far is the Game Warden. I was inches away from ordering a Dozier semi a few months ago. . . when a AD came up for sale and took all the money away. LOL
