I just got the new R&B...yer in it.

Welcome Home Brother Johnny! :D

Khukri content - Semper Fi and I met at my home at last year's Mid West Khukri Khonvention. We talked knives, guns, bikes, riding and our Army days. When he found out about my Club, he asked questions...and found answers.

Thank you Bill and the rest for providing me an opportunity to get with my Brother!

Famous? Yee-Ha!

Seriously, that trip to Ohio for the MWKK was the best thing that had happened to me in a long while. Thanks to Uncle Bill and all the Cantina folks for making it possible. *And* a big thanks to my Bro Nasty for taking the time to explain things to me. He treated me and all of the MWKK attendees as if we were long lost family.

The icing on the cake came when I won the Bura M43 in the raffle. Wow! What a trip!!! :D

I always knew he was infamous, but does this mean he gets his own magazine?

btw, Semper- the IRS has been calling me about that M43. I told them it was worthless, made by a drunken Kami called Bubba, not Bura.

I hope they bought it.

If I ever have to meet Bubba I am going to need that M43. Or else start picking out curtains.

that's right....keep rubbin' it in....:D

I had a great time. Had a cold, though...you guys probably didn't notice...but I was way down on energy that day. And on top of that had too many layers on....

Really looking forward to the next time I can meet up w/ y'all. Thinking of going to the Blade show, Semp?

Dan
I have the time for it this year. June 3-5, right? Haven't checked on hotel reservations yet but I am seriously considering making the show.

Besides, a favorite knifemaker of mine is showing his stuff for the first time. Can't miss that. ;)

:D :D :D :D

Yes...last year I booked my hotel the very night and only had to drive about 2 miles to the show. There are pleny of hotels in that part of Atlanta.

The look on Johnny's face when he won the drawing was worth the trip! I'm lookin' forward to No. 2 this May.
Hey Dan... you gonna bring the forge and anvil this time? I'm saving old files ;) and truck springs :D ...Not.

Hey...I did throw together a cinder block fireplace in the backyard. I think *any* sort of forging would be a great idea!

Heck, if we start swinging hammers, maybe it will even *draw* (bad pun) old Ferrous out!

We can forge them in the pit, then chuck them in the pond for a nice quench...then dive for knives!

Hook that old Hog up to a blower and we're in business, bro. There goes your property value! It was such a nice neighborhood, until "they" moved in, and attracted that khukuri riff-raff.
