Hey all!
I know there are some of you waiting to get knives and sheaths from Dan, and that for some of you, patience may be wearing thin...
Please understand that 1) Dan has no idea -at this time- that I've posted this, and, 2) The reason you are experiencing delays, is me...
It is largely an unkept secret that the liners Dan uses in his nylon works of art and function, are made by Okuden. Since I've been down with the hernia repair, I have not been able to produce parts for Dan. I'll also add that those liners are added to my production schedule like any other sheath, and have to wait until "older" orders, or those for MILPERS and Law Enforcement, are completed...
On that note, I am fast approaching a large batch of liners on the schedule, and your products will be forthcoming shortly....I ask that you please allow Dan the time he needs to produce product consistent with the quality we are all accustomed to seeing.
I need also to offer MY thanks to all of you for the well wishes, prayers and patience you have shown.
I'm "on the job" now and working like a cross between a natural disaster and a rocket-powered-monkey to get orders filled and return your "wayward children" to their homes.
