I have several questions. The first being how much does it cost and how do I pay for it? Do I pay for it in cash and include it in an envelope with the knife? How long does it typically take to receive the knife back? How should I wrap it? Any and all info is welcome. The knife that I would be sending in is a 119.

I sent mine in with a personal check. At that time it was $6.95. I suggest you contact Buck with particulars in case it has changed. Because of lost packages they recommend sending it to BCI instead of Buck Knives Inc. Also, use a box as they will also tell of too many empty envelopes arriving without a knife in it. It was about 6 weeks turn-around for mine.

I sent Joe Houser an email through the forums, if anyone knows of a better way to contact him, or if he uses a different email, please enlighten me.

Go to bucks website and go to contact information. Give them a call. They are very helpful and super nice. :)

I just had 2 knives worked on and this is the information I used. These guys are great, you just don't find companies with their kind of customer service and warranties anymore.

I sent an email to the address you listed, thanks for the info.

As a former dealer, Buck says to use :::BKI, INC,and then the address, you never know when a package handler might pocket a package that says "Buck knives"!
