Send knives to spa in bulk or one at a time?

So, a couple of recent reports of mix-ups at CRK, with knives sent to the spa, made me think of this (to be clear, I assume that these reports are factual but very much isolated, outlier events). For quite a while, I've been meaning to send a handful of knives in for various spa treatments, I just haven't gotten around to it. My plan was to send them all in as a group, but just had the thought that maybe it's easier for CRK to keep track of if I send them in separately. Can anyone who has experience sending in multiple knives at a time chime in with their experience? Any mix-ups with requested services? Any requests that got missed/forgotten? What about sending in multiple of the same model with different requests for each?

I have sent several knives in before and received my exact knives back. I just sent two more knives in for spa work and expect the same knives will be returned. (sent in a 21 Tanto and a 25 for sharpening and spa work)

It makes no sense to me to seperate them out, you are just creating more variables and chances for things to go wrong not to mention the extra cost of postage. I actually have no interest in using the spa myself, but if I was you I would send the knives in bulk and deal with any unlikely problem if it happens. I see no point making life more difficult for yourself "just in case" something goes wrong. :)

Good point. I assume CRK has no preference on way or the other?

I can't see them having any problems either way as they will have a system for dealing with stuff as it arrives be it a single knife package or a box full. They may wonder what is going on after thay have sent out the 2nd or 3rd knife to the same address or they may not even notice. I have no idea what volume of knives they deal with.

As Unit said, the best people to ask would be CRK themselves. :)

CRK has an excellent customer service dept. By far the best I've used with the most helpful customer service representatives. And yes, it's true, CRK did mix up my handles scales on my S30v Sm 21. But I am sure the odds of this happening again to someone are slim to none. While talking to Angela on the phone, she said something like this has never happened before. She then went on to say they use extreme care and caution on the knives as some are one of a kind pieces like the CGG models. So go ahead, send in your knives. They will take excellent care of you!
