I bought a 3300 6 months ago on the exchange. The seller lied about the condition and about 1/50 is a stiff button misfire. How would I go about sending it in for warranty servicing if I'm not in the military? Are there dealers that would help me out?

From what I understand, you can have it shipped back to an authorized dealer.

If you have one near you, give them a call and explain the situation. Then ask if they'd be willing to receive the knife on your behalf after its fixed.

Or if you know somebody that is MIL/LEO etc, see if they'll let you send it in under their name/credentials.

evanPGH, my brother is in the Army, if he sends it will they mail it back or will it need to be shipped to a retailer from benchmade?

Nope, they can legally ship it back to him because of his mil status.
