Sending a knife to Australia?

Wanting to send a gyuto and a saya to Australia.

Not sure if I can just stick a customs label with "chef knife" on it and post it or not. I found their infomation very ambiguous as to whether I need prior permission.

EDIT: Update, I emailed customs and they confirmed it was okay to send.
