Sending e-mail

When I send an e-mail through BF the recipient is not getting the e-mail. I click on the user name, select "send e-mail" fill out the subject and body of the e-mail and click "send message"....am I doing something wrong?!? or do I not have something set up correctly?!?

It can be hit or miss. It may depend on the email tou are sending to. It could be getting eaten along the way. It may also be ending up in the junk mail folder or stopped by an antivirus program before delivery.
