Sending Knives to the Factory

I'm thinking of sending a couple of knives in to take advantage of the factory sharpening. I've never mailed or shipped a knife. What's the best way to get them there? How long does it normally take to have three knives sharpened?

Can't speak on how long it will take to sharpen them.
As for shipping I recommend you send via overnight, insured, receipt requested mail.
