Sending private messages to members.

Haven't been on since the new format for the website. Can't seem to find the icon to send members a private message when I look at their profile. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again!!!
 
I think you have to be a paid member to use PM's (called conversations on the new software).

You can make a post on a person's profile, if he/she hasn't restricted that access. (Profile posts are the new visitor messages, and they are NOT private... in fact, one can scan all recent profile posts without having to go to a particular member's profile; which, IMO, makes them less private than visitor messages).
