Sending wrong feedback accidentally

I would like to know how to change someones feedback, I accidentally checked the wrong box in the pos-neg . the comment reflects possitive, and would like to get the neg mark off of his profile,(nozyk),Help to fix this issue will be greatlly appreciated,Thank you.Eliot

Click the triangle button on the Feedback screen where it was given. Fill in the information, basically a description of why it is erroneous. Spark is the only one thwt can change it, so it may take some time.
