Sending your knife into CRK

Can you send in your whole box and will they ship that back to you? Or should you just send in your knife?

I know some companies like ZT and BM will not ship back the original packaging so I'm curious as to what the process is for CRK.

No need to send in the boxes. Just wrap the knife safely and include the online form on what you need to have done. FYI.... return shipping is $17.50.

I sent a Sebenza in its original box for a spa trip once...and didn't get it back!! CRK took care of me- they found my box and mailed it to me- but I could have saved the trouble and kept the box at home.
Good point above about the return shipping, because of that I send at least two knives in at a time.
